Dudleston Heath Allotments

During the early spring of 2009 Criftins Village Hall agreed to providing one of our fields as an allotment area for the local community to grow their own fruit and vegetables. We assisted with land drainage and some initial land preparation.

The allotment members have formed their own "self-managed" group. There are various sized plots to cater for individual needs and the land is reasonably flat with very fertile soil.

Criftins Tennis Club

A well established and thriving Tennis Club, participating in county and local competitions. The Tennis club caters for all age groups...and all abilities. Coaching can be arranged by appointment...and we are always on the lookout for new members to swell our numbers.

Criftins Crown Green Bowling Club

Criftins Crown Green Bowling Club welcomes all age groups and standards. Our green is available 7-days per week from April to September.

Membership for adults is £25 and junior membership is free.

Coaching is available if required...Come and join us and start Bowling.

Dudleston Heath Football Club

Dudleston Heath Football club was established in 1983 & has been an ever present member of the Wem & District Sunday League ever since. The league has been renamed in 2010 as the North Shropshire Sunday League. Matches kick off at 11am Sunday mornings & the club are always welcoming new members. The clubs recent honours include winning the 2nd division title, the league management shield & the consolation cup twice.
Season 2010 saw the club achieve not only the consolation cup but also the league's leading goal scorer (in Joe Roberts), the most sporting club & best secretary awards. The club is currently seeking investment to improve facilities, we hope to have new goal posts, nets, dug outs, & kit as well as improvements to the drainage system.

Whist Drive

A well-established and very popular event. Whist Drives are held on Monday evenings at Criftins Parish Hall (Large Function Room) at 7:30pm. Come along and Join us.

Criftins Table Tennis Club

The Criftins Table Tennis Club has been in existence for five years now, and caters for members of all age groups from 10 years and upwards. 
We have all standards of players, so even if you've never played before come along and we can coach you from scratch. If you are a player already we will be even more pleased to see you.
We meet every Wednesday evening from 7 o'clock, and we play in the Oswestry league, our league matches being played on a Thursday.
